I am very shocked to see the amount of bad reviews from this "ANONYMOUS" source about this community. I visited this community to just check it out like the 7 others before and as soon as I walked thru the door and was met by the staff I knew this was HOME. I signed everything that day and moved in within weeks. I lived here for a year and never once had a problem. The staff was so exceptional and took me in as part of a family since I had moved here all the way from the east coast and then I became part of the team as I was employed here immediately. The complaints of letters of picking up after dogs that this ANONYMOUS person has written about just boggles my mind. I had 2 dogs on the property and was amazed when I would see that residents with only 1 dog were TOO LAZY to pick up after them and so I would have to as part of my job so that residents children could play in the grass and not roll around in dog poop. (even this ANONYMOUS sources children) As for talking about the manager being a ---- is just down right rediculous and this person should be ashamed. The manager took the property and immediately was always trying to help out the residents and I can remember when residents who broke the rules severely were given other chances to change and correct the problems and when they failed to do this evictions were in order. I am also very disappointed that the horrible reviews name certain employees by name when the coward writing the reviews cannot even leave theirs and only rights ANONYMOUS. If you are moving and want a place to call home where the staff WILL treat you like family and respect you at all times UNLESS you violate the terms of the lease you sign then look no more cause you can call Waterford at Superstition Springs your home. I know that everytime I come back to Arizona I will always go back there to say hello to this extended FAMILY.
