I flew out here from pittsburgh looking for apartments 2 months ago and found this one by making a wrong turn. From the moment that I first walked in the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They are the same way now still also. I would definately recommend this place to others and already have. I don't know what the person before is talking about in their review but they must have the wrong place. I moved into a place that no one has ever lived in and there was no other apartment comm. around that could offer me that. Also in my lease it states that we have a courtesy patrol officer who is not security and I have met him and he has a background as a U.S. Marine whos been to Iraq and has been a police officer for 7 years. I'm sure that the previous person was probably the mother without a job who was out there at 11 pm and he asked them to please quiet down because there are people who work and the sounds from the pool echo and it was way to late to be playing marco polo. I've also seen him go up to large groups by himself by the way and ask them very tactfully to quiet down because it was way to late. He also has escorted non residents that have broken into the pool off the premises. That person was right on one thing though the maintenance team are very friendly and willing to do just about anything. I haven't had one thing go wrong in my apartment yet but then again I know how to properly take care of my apartment and not beat it up. I think that person before me should maybe arrange a meeting with the property manager to talk over their complaints instead of leaving an anonymous message.
