When we first moved in, I thought it was a quiet, upscale community. Yeah, well, buyer beware. First of all, there are so many twenty-somethings who think that its nothing to blast their car stereos at full volume, regardless of the time or the people, as they drive thru the complex. Secondly, I've had to call the police out (onsite patrol is a joke) to come out at 2AM (not pm mind you) to shut up disturbances of late-nite OUTSIDE parties going on (I mean, everyone is awake, right'''). So much for management enforcing the 10pm-8am quiet time rule. Third, the place could be kept cleaner but that's the fault of the people who live here, not the property caretakers who DO an excellent job, by the way. I just wish the rent outpriced the scumbags who somehow got in this place, and made them reside in West Mesa. However, I do get a beautiful big apartment, responsive caretakers, and security. BUT....I wont be staying after my lease is up.

I agree with the above resonse. Why would you call the cops when you can simply knock on your neighboors door and ask them to shutup? I hope you were abused as a child you -------.
