I travel a lot for my job and I lived here for 3 months last year, at the time it appeared to be an upscale quiet community. I just arrived back (1 year later) to find things a bit different. There are a lot of college age students (many who dress like thugs) who blast their music in there cars and rev their engines all hours of the night. Parking is very limited on the weekends and they do not designate parking....first come first serve. Pool at night always crowded with college kids getting drunk. Many of the residents have HUGE dogs that bark day and night. They don't seem to be very selective on who they rent to anymore. On the positive, management and staff are friendly, the apartments are very spacious and clean and the grounds are always beautiful and clean.

If you do not like dogs or the barking you should probably live in a community that does not allow them.. there are plenty of places in the valley and near this complex that do not allow pets. So either suck it up or move... besides this place has many more problems than just dogs barking.

This review makes me laugh. You're really going to discriminate against college kids? Why don't you just move into a retirement home then?
