It is great here. The grounds are constantly being maintained and cleaned. The Management staff is friendly and professional and the maintenance staff is efficiant and takes care of everything immediately. (We've only had to have light bulbs replaced, and the door was sticking) Fixed same day we told them of the issue. We have 24 hr access to pool, hot tub, business center, and work out room. Pool is heated in winter and very clean with high end lawn chairs and tables. Work out room has quality state of the art equipment with TV and stereo for your cd.Business center has nice computers and cozy contempory room with a time limit so no one can monopolize the area. They also have a nice meeting room that I have had meetings in with clients. They offer complimentary movies, gourmet coffees, home baked cookies and other refreshments. I can also have my dog here, which is nice and they provide the doggie stations around the complex for my convenience with a disposal unit at each station. Our garbage is a community trash compacter which is nice so you don't have to smell garbage. I take my own safety precautions (lock my door, etc) but I feel as safe as you can be anywhere now a days.

There are always going to be those people who for some reason cannot find joy in anything or appreciate anything. They fill their days with drama and enjoy complaining. My guess is that these are people who are not satisfied with where they live, their job, wife, kids and everything else in their lives as well.

We enjoy and appreciate that we live in a wonderful community.
