Waterford is really a great place to rent! I LOVE the layout of my apartment - its very secure and I feel safe. The property is very well kept up and manicured. Management is very responsive to the few issues I've had, truly one of the BEST teams I have experienced. Since moving here last summer its really improved and gotten nicer - not so many noise disturbances at nite. I love the fact that dogs and cats are allowed here. Good neighbors in my section here too who are never a problem. My only complaint is there is only one trash compactor for the entire complex. But, hey, other than that, this is a sure bet if you want a safe, quiet and beautiful place to live.

As for the not-so-positive remarks on this board, I guess some just have different experiences so I can't comment on them.
