Wonderful to Horrible

My Fiance and I moved in back in September of 2007. We were so excited to move in and from the moment we signed the lease it became the worse nightmare for both of us. We lived in one apartment for 4 months not even, and were forced to move to another apartment on the other side of the complex; Just because the person who lived below us couldn't handle having someone live above them. They had lived in the complex since it opened and liked being all alone in that corner. After we moved out of that apartment I have seen 3 other families move in and out of that apartment in less than a year because the family below can't handle having other people live above them. If you can't handle it move into a house. The apartment we live in now is a little better, but we keep getting complaints about things that happen when we aren't even there. I work full time as well as my fiance and if I am off work I am usually at my Parents house because I am to afraid just to watch tv in my own home, because I am afraid someone is going to complain one more time. Also if they allow dogs in the community they should at least have a little dog park so that your dog can run around a little bit. I hate keeping my dog on a leash and cooped up in the house all day. I can't wait til our lease is up in October to move back into my parents home, at least they aren't going to kick me out if my tv is just a little too loud.

You are upset because the apartments are making you have you dog on a leash!!! Welcome to being an adult and taking responsibility for you actions and in the lease you signed it tells you about everything that you are complaining about. Now the people in the apartment that made you move needs to get a life. Grow up things don't always have to go your way. and you do have to be courteous of others so if you don't like them live with your parents forever!!!

You know what... our friends just moved out of these apartments for the same reason, they were bullied out because the people below them claimed that they made too much noise during their evening t.v. time. If you can't handle noise above you, move to a top floor or a house. Our friends have 3 kids, ages 2.5, 4, and 7 and I am sorry but noise just comes with living in apartments. It's one thing to have party people upstairs, or someone screaming all the time, but foot traffic is just something you have to deal with. As for the poster of this review, sorry but part of having a dog is keeping on a leash, and there are plenty of dog parks to take your dog to run at. In my opinion it is very foolish to have a dog while living in an apartment, especially if you work all day, it's just down right cruel for the animal. I don't feel the apartments should have accommodate you with a dog park, that's ridiculous. Move to a house with a backyard if you feel your dog is cooped up.

I know of many people that have left because of -----! She doesn't know how to run a property. She runs it more like Hitler than a person that claims she has done this for many many years. If you look at the reviews ALL the good ones look like an employee wrote them. All the bad ones that were written by a resident that hates this place because of her get slammed by the staff. They make them seem crazy and it was like they did some thing wrong and it wasn't the staff. I live here and got a letter in the news letter that they are going to go to a no dog property if every one doesn't start picking up after their dog. I pick up after my dog! Why do I need to move to keep my dog. This lady is like a ---- and people should not move into this place. I agree they tell you what you want to hear then take your money and after that they don't care about you.
