This apartment complex is the worst that I have ever lived at! For what these people are charging for a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment that is the size of the trunk of a car you can get a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house just about any where in the valley. I have seen a lot of people come and go with this staff. It seems that the people that stay in the office are the people that do nothing but take your rent and send notice after notice for things you don't even do. I got a ten day notice telling me to pick up after my dog or I would have to pay a $400 fine. Real nasty letter! I don't even own a flipping dog! That office has no idea on what is going on. Forget even trying to get the manager's --- to help you all I ever see him do is hide out in her office on a lap top doing nothing! -------- will tell you one thing and then do another. I totally agree with the other poster that called her a ---- because this office staff acts like ------ reborn. Don't let them tell you this place is great, it isn't. Every BAD review on here the poster has been attacked by numorous people! The attackers are the staff. There are no good reviews about this place that are real. ------ was the old patrol officer that left. That is why every bad review gets hammered by people. If you are smart don't move in here buy a house or rent if you can. At least then you can do what you want with out a ---- on your back every day. The staff does tricks to get into your home! They will send a letter saying they need to check for termites or some thing stupid then next thing you know you get a ten day for having clothes in your hallway when it is wash day. It is always some thing with these people! If you don't think so check back in a couple of days and see how many people bash this review! Don't move in here this place is bad. My car got broken into twice in a week six months ago. This place would be great if they changed the office staff and fired the ---- that run this hell box. Parking is first come first serve, so if you have an apartment that is having a party then you are screwed for parking when you pay rent. Parties happen pretty often around here. Lawn care people blow crap on your patio and then think it is funny as they walk away. Not one of them speak english at all. At night I don't feel safe outside by my self at all. It is dark in some places where some one could kiddnap or rape you! Only move in here if you have a gun because some wierd people started moving here lateley. I wouldn't trust them to wash my car let alone live by me. So I say to the staff let the bashing begin I know it is comming. Watch people there will be 5 responses to this review from the staff. People around here never have thier dogs leashed at all. I can't even let my kids walk from the car to the apartment with out the risk of them getting bit. I see the staff has had some names deleted on here. What are you people trying to hide??????????????? A lot I would say. The m.a.n.a.g.e.r.'s --- does nothing but play on his computer ALL day long when he is at work. She won't fire him because it is her ---. I agree with the other poster that she runs this pace like H.i.t.l.e.r and she is a N.A.Z.I. J.r.o.c.c.o is a past employee he was the patrol officer on site. So some of these reviews are from him. I just want to know what the staff is trying to hide when they bash people for bad reviews or get rid of employees for no rea---. There have been at least 7 people to come and go since the N.a.z.i has taken over. This place would run a lot better if the home office would fire the wart faced cow in the office. Do not move in here unless you like to be treated like a criminal.

Its so sad that this is what you waste your time on. I am sorry that you and your wife can't accept responsibility for your actions that cost you your job here but it was a corporate decision and not the office staff's fault. Next I would like to point out that your IP address is traceable and slandering people specific by name requires the host of this website to remove them. Were not hiding "Anonymous". Also cyberbullying is a federal offense and the slander and volitale, hateful remarks classify as cyberbullying and so we have taken the next step of turning over the transcripts and IP address to law enforcement for investigation and to our corporate attorney's. It would be nice if you found something better to do with your time and stop making up lies and slandering the staff, property and other residents comments. Take responsibility for your own actions.

I am sorry to say but I am not an employee that you or your corporate office fired. I am a resident that doesn't like you and that has moved out. I don't want people to waste their money moving into this place. I am sure this per--- you speak of would love to know that you posted he got fired on line. And the rea--- that he was fired that is not very good on your part now is it?

As a human resource educator, I am sure that you cannot discuss any details of a per---s firing. I am really glad that I read these comments before looking at your property. It appears that a lot of people are unhappy with your community. Maybe your time would be best spent improving the image of management.
