I live here right now, and I am contemplating whether or not to sign a new lease. I would love to find somewhere a little bit cheaper. I live in a two bedroom and they are charging me 900 dollars a month. The apartment is pretty nice and spacious. I really wish there was storage inside the apartment. I have only had one incident of a dog being off it's leash, and people generally clean up after their pets. I have never had my car messed with, and have accidentally left it open a couple times and nothing happened. I think the management is pretty nice, they always seem like they are more than willing to help me out. It is actually a pretty quite complex in a decent area. I also like that it is just off the 60 and you can find anything you want in a close proximity. The mall is less then five minutes away. I do not like the fact that the printer in the guest office is never working correctly, but I think that has to do with the fact that all the kids mess with that stuff constantly. I have had a couple of maintenance issues, and I was not impressed with how long it took to get someone to come to my apartment, and the only reason they came was because I called them to make sure they remembered. My last con is that lately they haven't been notifying me that I have a package at the front desk, and I end up going and getting it. All in all it is a pretty nice apartment, and I will say I have never felt threatened and it is generally very quite. I also rarely have a problem with parking near my apartment, even though there isn't assigned parking spots.
