Car theft is a major problem. Managemnet held a meeting with tenants and police. Mesa police stated would provide drive bys if management trimmed bushes and shrubs to 24 inches. Managemnt refused. Had one of my vehicles stolen... Heard gun shots at night. Loud music played by residental house next store. Donna is a great manager but when she is away, Cherry fills in and is horrible to deal with. Inside the apartment is nice and is a nice size

cherry is still a problem and cars are still being stolen i find it interesting so much time has passed yet nothing has changed
