Over all not bad.

I moved here because it was a community managed by the same company that I rented from In California. The property in California would rate a 5 all the way around. By comparison this community is lacking in many ways. Because I was doing a "coas to coast" move and my fees all of my move in fees were waived, I chose to move here. Had that not been the case I would have not choosen this community.
