We have lived at Woodcreek for about two years now. It?s not the newest property in the city but it is a nice place to live and the price is good. The last place we rented had a swamp cooler that was controlled by the office. It never cooled down in the summer. This place has A/C in the apartments and the washer and dryer are much better than the laundry room. We have had a few maintenance problems but the maintenance has always come and fixed the problems. The staff has been kind, the green grass and trees make it look really tropical and so far we?re happy here.
