Just a note to let you know I would recommend this complex anytime to anyone. I have been VERY PLEASED with the improvements made since I have lived here (1 Yr). I mostly live in a singles building, so noise is truly at a minimum.

They allow pets, painting your apt, etc. All they ask is for you to respect others as you would expect to be respected yourself. If you don't cause drama...then there is no drama.

Everytime I have requested a repair (which has been minimal) the response has been within a couple days. They respect your privacy, and are picky in the areas that need to be addressed.

My personal opinion is if you don't like it here, then you shouldn't be in an apartment in the first place...get a house! Apartment living is exactly what it is...an apartment. You have to deal with the day to day issues as far a noise and parking. So expect it going in.

I again would recommend this complex to anyone and everyone. I truly enjoy my home here!
