1.The water is frequently turned off in order to fix old leaky pipes within the complex. 2.In this parking lot, I have had 1 vehicle stolen and 1 set of license plates stolen off another vehicle, and another vehicle scratched. 3.The appliances are old and they will not replace them until they completely quit working. 4.Windows and doors are poorly insulated. Maintenance fixes them, but within 2 days the weather stripping falls out again. 5.The playground is used as a litter box by cats and Woodcreek won't replace the sand with another material. 6.The office rarely answers their phone and never returns voice mails. 7.Groundskeeping crew uses extremely loud gas powered blowers to clean the small sidewalks.
