I currently live at Woodcreek and I have had several bad experiences with their management and front office. I have had to have the same maintenance problem fixed several times with a great deal of hassle between each attempt. No one in the front office can seem to take an adequate message and you can never get in touch with the leasing office because they don't pick up the phone or call you back and their voicemail box is often full. They are jumping prices and deposits like crazy and despite a decent floorplan, the appliances are all old and you will never get anything fixed unless you make a huge stink about it. I have had several other issues with this apartment complex as well, and they are unwilling to compromise with anything. I have lived in several complexes now and I have never seen such terrible management. So if you have a very open schedule and don't mind something broken in your house for months then this is a decent place to live. If you have any sort of time constraints or issues then I would stay away.
