We live at this property and I must say the office staff is great and when we have had a maintance problem The head Maint. Supervisor is absolutley wounderful, professional, and very prompt things are taken care of ASAP. We love it here at Woodcreek, quite, clean, GREAT place to live. The Mang. & Maint. crew want to make you happy and feel good about living @ the property. Maint. Team scores a perfect 10 and so does the office staff.

Notice how its an anonymous posting? Probably by a manager trying to improve their rating. I have lived at Woodcreek since December of 04 and let me tell you, it has gone nothing but downhill! First their was the manager Mike McKenna? He was a piece of work..complete jerk to me and my boyfriend at the time (now my husband) wouldn't listen, would make threats just a real jerk. Then there was Carlos I believe...Carlos was great, very efficient manager, polite, liked to see things get done. Then came another long list of "temporary" management who proved to be some real -------s for lack of a better term...Rude, threatened to call the POLICE on a resident when asked why they would hide in the office an hour before their office closed when trying to get reimbursed for towels the maintainance team used to clean up toilet water from our cupboard (yes this happened and no didn't get towels replaced). Just a long laundry list of problems. After calling the police in regards to the underage drinking, partying, and suspicious traffic next door, took them 2 weeks to give them a final warning before an eviction...Nice huh? We will be moving out of here asap! Don't be fooled by the "upgrades" in the apartments. After 4 years of getting NOTHING when we resigned our lease (not even at the same initial rate mind you) they refuse to so much as retile our spare bathroom (the tiles are literally falling off the walls) or replace the ancient out of date appliances that are costing us just because of how inefficient they are.
