The first week we moved in our plumbing leaked into our storage and destroyed a bunch of our possessions, management did not care in the least. A few months later a pipe burst behind our dishwasher and flooded our carpet and after fixing that they had theyre incoherent maintenance guy patch the drywall where the busted pipe was. It looked like my 1 year old nephew could do a better job at texturing the wall than him. A year later the same pipe busted again right around Christmas and they left the bare hole in our wall for weeks before doing another terrible patching job. Overall they do not care about being reasonable about your living conditions such as the mold growing in the wall from the first flood. I turned away several potential residents from living there as retribution for making my life suck.
