Don't even bother!! Yes they are re-modeling which makes it look more appealing but the crappy stuff is still underneath.
If you come here to look at an apartment - look in the ceiling over the bathtub. There is a pipe hanging down. The pipe in our apartment leaks rusty water and stains our tub and the walls. The walls come un-glued from the tub all the time and water leaks into the closet. They have been re-caulked at least 10 times - we finally stopped calling because that's the only thing they'll do about it. We spoke to management about it recently and they're like "oh it's not supposed to do that". Then tell your maintenance because they said All the apartments do it and there's nothing they can do about it. Our neighbors ceiling over the tub is about to cave in from this problem - management is aware of it.
The sidewalks are ALWAYS flooded. I have slipped multiple times and my boyfriend has actually fallen twice, once on the concrete and once in the mud that the flooding creates. So if you have a dog, this is a huge inconvenience.
The maintenance staff is VERY nice and they do respond promptly but it seems like they aren't in good communication with the office staff. I think these problems like leaks should be reported to the main office.
Oh and it says small dogs under 25 lbs but that isn't enforced. There are big dangerous dogs living here.
Lastly, make sure you get any promises in writing on your lease. I was promised things would be changed out in my apartment within a couple months and it's now been 6 months. We cannot wait to get out of here!!! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
