don't bother

I've lived here for awhile and I can't wait until my lease is up. The management are the worst. They NEVER answer the phone, and are extremely rude when you go down to the office... even if you are only picking up a package. There was one girl, Leah, who was especially rude. However, she recently left and the new guy is often left in the office by himself and has no clue what is going on. The parking sucks. I have an assigned spot that is practically on the other side of the complex. The sidewalks are routinely flooded, and if it rains... good luck getting to my car without my pants being soaked. And my biggest complaint... The groundskeeping crew are SOOOOOO LOUD and they come at like 7 in the morning and spend 20 minutes blowing their loud leaf blowers on a couple of leaves on the water soaked sidewalk. Seriously! Oh and another thing... my neighbor is a total b***h. She constantly has random guys coming and going from her apartment. Speaking of random guys... I came home one night and there was a guy sitting/hiding in the bushes by my apartment. I definitely wouldn't say this is the safest place to live. When I told the office, they just kind of stared at me and were like "Well, that sucks." What was I supposed to say to that'
The only good thing I can say is that the maintenance staff are very nice and they do try and fix the problems that this dump has... however, with the supplies they are given it is no wonder that this place is falling apart.
Oh and don't believe the whole 'reinvations' that they are claiming to do. It is just a scam to increase the rent.
