Rude management and grungy overpriced apartments

My boyfriend and I went to look at the one bedroom apartment at Woodcreek. From the second we walked into the office we could sense a rudeness (we stood there for well over 10 seconds before either worker acknowledge our presence). We were made to wait in the club house for 15 minutes while two workers sat in the office and talked to eachother. Then one came in to work with us (I can't remember her name but she has awful bright red hair) and was such a b*tch. I still don't know why someone would be unnecessarily rude to potential residents, isn't her job to get us to move in, and not to scare us away'' I was told a much higher price from her than what I was quoted on the phone the day before. And she made it a point to state over and over that "Prices are subject to change at any time". I can't believe how much they are charging for their sh*tty little apartments, it is ridiculous. She showed us a hideous grungy one bedroom that isn't fit for anyone to live in (and that was supposed to be the model'''!!).
Even if the apartments were gorgeous (which they were FAR from) I would NEVER move in there with management like that.
