management is terrible they lie saying payment not recieved returned by bank when the bank never got any request for paymen they do this so they can gouge you for late payment fees pack of liars

I am very upset to hear that one of my Residents feel that we are not concerned with their issues. I will check the "Bark Park" today to make sure it is free from waste and has plenty of bags. We do have a program in effect where if we witness a Resident not picking up after their pet we fine them $50.00. Again, it is discouraging to see one of my own Residents unaware and annoyed with our policies concerning pet owners. I encourage this Resident to come in and speak with me.
