When my husband and I first moved here it seemed nice enough. The apartments are a great price and they have a lot of space. However, we thought it was great that our patio overlooked a nice little pond....but it is just a place for the kids to use as a playground. They leave their toys all over the place, throw stuff into the water, and run around screaming. Not so relaxing to sit out on our patio. The kids here are disrespectful and they are NEVER supervised by parents. And the grounds looked okay when we first moved in, but now there is always trash all over the place and people use the patios for extra storage of their crap...looks like the ghetto. Also, there are cops and ambulances here ALL the time as well as helicopters circling. I cannot even begin to speculate what the cause of that is. My advise is to keep looking for a better apartment!!!!
