Well been a long time resident. The rules are not enforced here. There is no security here. People constantly walk their dogs around with no leashes or means to pick up dog waste. Cats rome freely around the property. Most of the grills on site are broken and animal feces can be found around them. There is no controlled access as their ad states on ForRent.com. They treat us like prisoners. Kids are not allowed to be unattended from something like 10 pm to 8 am. Great looking out for the kids but this is our neighborhood not a prison. Also not allowed to hang out on patios after 10 pm, more prisoner lock up stuff. Recently they are requiring us to buy renters insurance, good looking out for us but why is it mandatory? I asssume this is due to vehicles being constantly broken into and the apartment complex will not accept any responciblity for this, hence the renters insurance, which ultimatley affects the residents personal insurance policies. The newest staff in the office at times seems unable to answer questions concerning incentatives for renewing a lease. They stated well "Probably might be incentives." My question is well is there or is there not? AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

Why are your kids roming around from 10 pm - 8 am unattended? Looks like it's not a management problem but a parenting problem. We have a pond here and I happen to live in the building around it and I constantly see kids playing in the pond, once even had to fish out a two year old in a diaper from almost drowning. The parents are MIA and they wonder why management gets pissed off for kids roming around... hm lets think about it. I would never let my son run around unattended especially by the pond. Get a clue!
