As I have read the other comments, I do have to agree and disagree. Yes, there are a lot of children at this property... What I have seen since the new managment took over with the new rules in place it is forcing the parents to take responsiblity for there children and what I can see its working. I see more parents watching there children and less distruction, it has been great since my apartment faces the play area.

The grounds are looking GREAT!! They are working hard I think to clean up this place. It looks better then I have ever seen it and I have lived here for 9 years.

The apartments are large and spacious, I love that I have 3 balconies and so many windows.

I love my neighbors its like a family here. The management company does a lot of events with the tenants and we love it, we do not have children but we love to see how they treat and take care of and get involved with the family and children on property.

We really enjoy it here and the new management really are great and they seem to be putting a lot of money into the property to upgrade and make it a more enjoyable place, we really are looking forward to the changes.

Bogus comment, there is only one resident facing the play area that has lived here for 9 years, I have spoken to him and he is dissatisfied with the new management and rent/rate increases. This a management ruse, manager is a consummate liar and would choke on the trurh!

It's unfortunate that management feels the need to "compliment" the property as much as possible. It's obvious that this comment did not come from a tenant. As another individual stated, you cannot have "so many windows" if you have 3 balconies. Also, as far as the "cleaning up" of the complex goes...it's at the tenant's inconvenience. Everything is started between the hours of 6:30 and 7:30 a.m. That includes tree-trimming, construction to the building, powerwashing, painting, landscaping, EVERYTHING. It's too bad that management can't make the place look nice without inconveniencing all of the tenants. Also, the comment about management doing so many events with the tenants is also a lie. Well, it was the truth before this company took over. Since this company took over, they FIRED the Cares Group who ran tenant functions, remodeled the clubhouse (which previously held the kids' club activity) to make it an office for the "Regional Manager" so the kids club cannot meet there any more, and has taken away several tenant privileges. Don't let management fool you!!!! It stinks living here.

From Management- Unfortunatly we did not write the above comment but are greatful and thankful for the tenant that did that they are happy. It is very upsetting to us as a Management Company to hear your frustrations over the website but have yet to have a face to face converstation. We would love to address any concerns that anyone might have because we want everyone to be able to enjoy the place they call home.

Sounds like management here too. If you have 3 balconies, then you live on the second story, don't have any side windows! And I know of only one person who lives by the play area who has been there for over 4 years and it isn't you! *****For managements responce***** It is upsetting to go to the office with frustrations just to be asked "What can we do to make it better?" and then be told after answering, "Sorry we can't do that.". This maybe the reason people talk about their frustrations around the pool and around the common areas, because talking to the office about it doesn't help. Now maybe with the new manager, someone will listen. I guess we will find out. The biggest thing people talk about is the water bill here. The highest in the area, maybe even the whole Phoenix area. Maybe, just maybe the bill will go down after all the painting and construction is done. It has to be paid for some how.

about the water bil... this management company IS in violation of the landlord tenant act. Not only did they not give notice, but the billing method does not meet legal requirements. I have a 2 bedroom with me and 3 kids. My water bill went from $29 to almost $70 as soon as the building was sold in March. Oh, it went down to $35 last month but now it is back up to $50. I love paying to water the gravel and the parking lot, don't you?! And people, supervise your children. I do NOT let mine play outside at all because the other kids here are WILD! Don't be surprised when they try to sell this place as condos or apartment homes..... p.s. does anyone else have sagging walls in their apartment?
