New owner and management company took over in Feb. 2007. Since that time, things have just gone downhill. Manager likes to control EVERYTHING, including parking, kids, pool area, etc. It's ridiculous. She is very uncooperative, has no people skills, and doesn't listen to anything anyone has to say. This place was wonderful when we moved in. Great place for the kids, lots of tenant activities, incentives for signing new leases, etc. NOW, it's all about the money for the owner. Rent has went up. Water, sewer, and trash have went up over $40.00 a month since new management took over....no explanation....."that's just the way it is". If you like paying for the common area water usage, then this is the place for you. They made everyone remove their bar-b-ques, but half of the ones in the complex don't work properly. Can't have anything on your patio/balcony or they'll give you notices. It's just a miserable place to live now. In the last four months, over 10 separate tenants have not renewed leases and have chosen to move because of management. Others who are coming up on their lease dates, are not renewing either. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere, at least until a new owner and management company takes over.

I agree that I will not be renewing my lease....but I do have to say that at least they are TRYING to make it nicer here. Yes....they do give notices if you have anything on your patio other than outdoor furniture. Thank god they started doing it though because too many people were junking up their patios and using it as extra storage---you must have been one of those people!!! I felt like I lived in the ghetto for awhile there! Things are looking up.
