What can I say....Violations with the AZ Landlord & Tenant Act subsection 33-1314.01 no 30 day (required) notice of changes, would not disclose meter readings or explain why the water bills doubled and then tried to pawn it off on the old company that did the billing for the water, which by the way was not the billing companies responsibility.
Hired contractors who were not licensed for commercial renovations and did not apply for permits till they were turned in to the City of Mesa for numerous violations. Fired one of the best attractions at the community, the "CARES TEAM"! after saying if the turnouts improved (which they did) they would keep them. The Cares Team were very special people who brought the community together and provided "Kids Club" activities and other fun events. Electricity cost were through the roof, up the chimmney, out the windows and doors. I now live in a 3 bed, 2bath, upstairs with vaulted ceilings and my largest bill was $93.00. At Woodstream last year at this time it was $150.00!! Management has one thing only on their mind and that is who can they screw out of money next. I could go on but then again you need to make the decision. I made mine!
