I am a current resident @ Las Terrazas. My Family and I are very comfortable. We live in a downsatirs apartment, so there is some noise heard from upstairs but its normal, other than that u can't hear you're neighbors. I would recommend these apartments 2 everybody. Despite they are low income they are really well taken care of and the residents are nice and there are no break in's, no violence, I think it is a very good place. The staff is great 2.
