The good news...the best apartments on offer in the area in terms of price, location and facilities, just north of Tucson and on Oracle (main road) so handy for commuters (20 minutes to downtown).

Nice pool area and hot tub for communal use, as well as a community room which is free to hire for functions. Very good no-nonsense management, but the manageress is leaving next week, so who knows what the future holds.

Bad news...there is no discretion over who moves here. Two or three familes lately have brought particularly unruly children and noisy dogs that have taken to barking at each other all day. It seems the property wants money no matter who it is from, rather than screening prospective residents more thoroughly.

This would be great for business professionals or first rentals for couples, but in the last two months some "bad apples" have moved in and reduced the sense of community. I work nightshift and the acceptance of dogs barking at each other day has made me consider moving out when my lease is up.
