Wonderful place to live' Let's see. This weekend alone I have found beer cans and bottle tops all over the grounds, was kept awake for over three hours Fri and Sat nights by partiers, Fri after midnight at the pool which was supposed to be closed at 10:00 p.m., found cars parked overnight in the fire zones (including the manager last week), and have seen several pet owners not cleaning up after their pets. The manager is very nice, but is never in the office and never enforces the rules. The pet policy is under 25 pounds, yet there are two dogs over 50 pounds and one over 100 pounds. They are not service dogs, either. We've had major water main breaks monthly for a while now, often flooding apartments. Pipes are showing above ground in two different places (not even where the water breaks were), the pool was closed two days last week to paint a tiny portion that took only one day, and visitors often park in residents'reserved spaces, only to have those affected residents park in other residents' spaces. The bushes that used to provide shade and beauty are all dying. Five years ago, even 3 years ago this was a wonderful place to live. Now it's the slum of Oro Valley.
