Be Careful! Cockroaches in brand new apartment coming in through walls, light fittings and attached garage. Snakes, mice, lizards, birds and other bugs also entered direct access apartment via holes in sides of entrance to garage and under door from garage to apartment.
We lived here for 7 months - the shortest lease available and we could not get out quickly enough. We were told we could not break our lease but we were told we were not being forced to stay as long as we still paid our rent! Management kept over $250 in deposit and blamed it on fire damage!! They will keep as much of it as they can. Very inflexible and blatently dishonest.
Oro Vista Luxury Apartments blamed the cockroaches on their drip irrigation system and wanted to spray pesticide inside and outside apartment every two weeks! Pesticide Sprayer (External company used) told us many apartments at Oro Vista Luxury Apartments have these Oriental cockroaches and they crawl from apartment to apartment!
Strongly advise you not to rent, although from first impressions it looks like an attractive place. Very disappointing experience.

The 'fire damage' is just a lame excuse, I do know for a fact that there were NOT calls made to the Golder Ranch Fire Department, or Fire Extinguisher usage reported since I moved here...
