We moved in 6 months ago. Before we signed a contract they showed us a model apartment that resembled mine. A wall mounted TV is installed on a wall adjacent to he Kitchen and I asked if we can do the same and the response was "Of course"
When I drilled through the wall, we hit a water pipe and flooded the apartment and caused extensive damages to my belongings. The management charged us a fairly big sum for damages because they said it was not their fault.
The maintenance crew who work for them, expressed that the were surprised there is a water pipe in tha wall but the management didn't care.
They beg you to move in but once you do they forget all about their tenants.
On a good note (and to be fair) the neighbors are great and it is a very safe area for a family. However the apartment rents are way too high (I didn't know you could add a couple of hundred dollrs and rent a beautiful house in the same area so do a research before you get in.
I do NOT recommend the oro vista apartments.
