I lived there when it was first built, couldn't wait for my lease to be over and leave.
The two ladies who work there are incredibly lazy, God forbid you have a problem, they would NOT return your calls and most of the time you can catch them playing solitary on their computers.
The maintenance people are ok but the two lady cashiers (management) are impolite and stuck up, especially the bigger one. Once they tried to charge me an extra $50 becuase they couldn't find my cheque I had given them.
I don't live there any longer

You need to give Oro Vista a second chance, the office team is wonderful and provides great customer service to all residents. I would say the property is so clean, I enjoy the views and would recommend to anyone looking for a rental in Oro Valley!

I have given this place more opportunities to clean up their collective act for over a year, and all I have gotten are verbal assurances that 'things are being bidded upon'. Where have I and others heard this explanation before? I sent Corporate both a detailed letter WITH photographs and a copy of a Police Report from an incident last month...followed up by a similar e-mail of the letter/report/photo. Copies are on file, so there will be no refuting this. The PD is more than aware of the current problems here... Am awaiting the feedback from the letter/e-mail...
