I lived in this apartment complex for the first year and a half after moving here from Florida. Great location and stunning views of the mountains! My apartment was a tad small but otherwise comfortable. Loved how the front entranceways to each apartment are relatively private with nice balconies and patios. My only complaint was the addtional charges for water, sewer, garbage. I was always used to these charges being included in the rent. Also their pet fees are pretty outrageous. They charged me $150 non refundable pet deposit and then added $25 a month to my rent. All I had was a spayed, declawed cat who couldn't damage anything.
But I mostly loved living here--nice staff and well maintained community.
