Nicolosi & Fitch, Inc. is the management company and they can NOT keep a manager at the complex. Every couple of months a new team a management comes in and changes all the rules. We pay for a year round heated pool, but the new manager, Kristy, turned the heater off in April. They say we are a gated community, but the gate is open over half the day and is OFTEN broken. I have lived here for over a year and this community has become a terrible place to live. Once my lease is over...I will be moving out!

While your points are well taken, I have to wonder if you realize you live in an apartment setting. The gates have to be open half the day because the apartment's business is to have people come in and look around. Remember when you first came? How would you have come in if the gates were closed? Also, I am a person who believes in preserving resources and if that means a SLIGHTLY cooler pool in the spring and summer months, when you know, it's HOT then by all means... Now, as for the new management I would have to say I would rather they keep trying to put in someone who will do a great job than keep the crappy person just so they can say they have a low turn over rate. That's just me.

When I moved in I was told that we had a year round heated pool. I can not swim with my toddler when the pool is cold. He does not have the extra layers of fat for insulation against the cold water as most adults have. When I moved here the gates were open during office hours...when people would be coming in to look at apartments. This also allowed the office to watch who was entering the complex. When the gates are open before and after office hours, nobody is watching who is entering the complex. This defeats the purpose of a gated community. Before Kristy, we had a wonderful management team. Kathy was a fabulous manager. I have lived here over a year and a half and management has changed at least 6 times. That is NOT trying to find someone good...that is not being able to keep good employees!
