DO NOT PICK THIS COMPLEX, YOU'LL REGRET IT!!! You drive by or through and you think "What a nice community." Well, it's false. The majority of the residents who aren't elderly are just out right rude, & disregard all rules/regulations. Don't bother going to management with problems though. The new manager, Kristie, has a lot of issues! Kristie doesn't even KNOW the rules/regulations to the complex nor will she enforce any of them (if brought to her attention). She also is never available or in the office. The pool is way too loud for the evening or night hours... And even though the pool closes at 10pm, the residents ignore that... Again, Kristie won't enforce the rule. People & kids are so loud in evening & night that if you're in your kitchen or rooms you can hear them screaming & being loud. We've experienced that multiple times from 11p - 2a!!!! The after hours # doesn't care nor does management... they just brush it off or tell you to deal with it & call the cops. Still staying on the noise complaints, the walls are incredibly thin! And, if you have "wonderful" (said with dripping sarcasm) you'll be able to hear their music & television not only while you're trying to watch television or in your kitchen... but all the way down the hall & over your a/c at times! Oh, but don't try to talk to your neighbors... they might end up like ours were they yell at you and say it's not 10pm (not that they turn it down then) and slam the door in your face. Management also won't do anything about their noise. The walls are so thin that you can also hear the cabinets in the other kitchens closing, you can hear the other laundry machines going, etc etc. The appliances in the apartment aren't the greatest... The fridge is very loud, you'll have to turn your tv up when it kicks on.. It's also very very small! The washer is torn up on the top (the ring around the tub part), the washer is rusted inside, the washer & dryer are all scuffed up on top...and the complex finds it all acceptable. The oven is not a self-cleaner, this is a problem cos now you have to find a cleaner & spray & smell all those fumes. Big problem if you have small children. The dining room is small. If you're a nonsmoker you're probably going to be in hell! Smoke enters the apartment via the vents & such... The pool is always surrounded by a few smokers, if you have the 2nd apartment you'll always have to walk by your neighbors and if they smoke it'll be as if you're in a smoke shop all the time! Our furniture has started to smell like smoke since we have that problem.. and that's just from us going in & out our apartment only when need be. Our windows haven't been opened since they moved in! Oh, if you're threatened by your neighbors or any of their guests... i.e. they threaten physical violence on you.... they will do nothing about it nor will they remove that person from the premises. Don't talk to the office staff, cos they like to gossip and tell your problems, complaints, or just anything in general you tell them to EVERYONE!
MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU OR FIX YOUR PROBLEMS, EVEN IF THEY CLAIM "TO BE ON TOP OF THINGS"... THEY AREN'T! KRISTIE, THE HEAD MANAGER, THINKS HER JOB IS PART-TIME AND NOTHING MATTERS AFTER THE OFFICE CLOSES... EVEN THEN, SHE'S HARDLY THERE OR AVAILABLE!

I am a resident of Pusch Ridge and I do agree with the noise problems within the apartments. The walls are very thin and not insulated...so you do hear everything in the apartments around you. What this person has wrong is that the pool is open 24 hours a day, it is stated in our lease. That is one of the reasons we choose this complex. I do also agree that the management, including Nicolosi & Fitch (the management company), do not care about the concerns of residents. And when complaining to them (N&F) they will not keep the complaint anonymous, so the office staff knows that you complained. I do not agree that the people in the complex are rude. We have only met really good & friendly people living here and we have been here over a year and a half.

The pool is advertised as 24hours, but if you read the lease & the rules posted right in front off the pool before you enter you will see the pool is suppose to be closed at 10pm. Not only that, the pool was told to residents after numerous complaints the pool hour rules are now enforced. All the idiots that live there ignore the posted letter from management & rip down the letter. I think for this place being in a "rich" city it's trash!
