Please read this before you consider moving here. There is no soundproofing at all in these apartments. You will hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. You can hear their footsteps, closing drawers, TV, stereo, flushing the toilet, conversations---everything. I've lived in apartments my whole life and I have never ever lived in a place this loud. I know you're thinking it couldn't really be that bad but take my word for it--IT IS!!! It really looks nice and liveable from the outside but this is a horrible place to live unless you are deaf.

We lived here for 2 years also. It is true...you can hear everything that happens in your neighbors apartment. There seems to be no insulation between the walls.
