apartments are overpriced. they say they are coming over for an inspection then they don't bother to show up, sometimes more than once. then they don't apologize for it. they crack down on dog owners like crazy but they let kids run around vandalizing property and running amok all day and do nothing. there are cigarette butts and trash that lay around for weeks and never get cleaned up. they never tell tenants to stop throwing cigarette butts off their balconies but they act like dog owners are a violation waiting to happen. i know for a fact that alot of the dog waste is from people living in the houses across the street who walk their dogs over here.
it is relatively safe here. i wouldn't want to live closer to downtown. but with the wal-mart in town now, i'm sure a skeezier crowd will start wandering around. thankfully the people that live here are super-watchdogs and will call the cops in a second if they see someone suspicious wandering around or knocking on doors. i guess having nosy neighbors is actually a good thing.

Sounds to me like this review is about the Overlook @ Pusch Ridge down the street. I have never seen kids running amok or any signs of vandalism. Not only that my next door neighbor got a letter about throwing his cigarette butts on the grounds so i know its not ignored.

No, Pusch Ridge. You should take a walk around and see hundreds of butts in the rocks in front of many apartments. I personally caught kids dangling off the metal car ports and intentionally bending the metal. The kids from a new family that moved into the 7000 building ripped the grate off the pipe in the drainage area, god know what they did that for but I know they did it.
