If you don't mind hearing and being heard you won't mind it here. You will know alot more about your neighbors than you ever ever want to know. Paper thin walls.

Parking is ok. Staff ok. Local construction is very loud right now.

They really should lower the rent. Way too much money for the lack of privacy in your own apartment.
