I moved here from the midwest and people here are so nice and friendly. Nobody gets in your business. The staff is fabulous. Some live on the grounds and kindly come on their time off and help you. Wow! Very safe. Very beautiful. Beautiful Catalina state park 3 miles down the road to walk your dog on well maintained trails. Also very nice and friendly hikers everywhere. Stores very close (walking distance).
