Noisy!!!!!!!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
Poorly built apts. leave renters on lower floors to listen to heavy walkers upstairs. Not pleasant. Dog owners do not pick up after their dogs. Management does not enforce guidelines of lease aggreements. $20.00 for a covered spot, 40.00 for a garage. That`ll raise your rent a bit, huh'' Leave it, better places to live.
