Some tenants leave a lot to be desired, but other than that, Rock Ridge is great. Affordable, quiet comfortable atmosphere. Close to shopping. Management and Maintenance all great personable folks. I think that people who live in apartments need to remember just that, it is an apartment, not a house. You are bound to hear noise, from upstairs tenants and outside. You don't like the noise, move to a senior citizen section or buy a home. You make it miserable for those of us who want to "live". After all we are all paying rent! Grow Up!
