The management has a strange way of running things. They put a notice on a friend of mine's door saying the Ciggarette butts outside the apartment weren't in regulation. The butts were in the gravel near the sidewalk and they weren't theirs. I missed the part in the lease where it says we are the groundskeepers. Definately NOT worth the pricey rent.





Oh and did I mention that theres a tenant who has Africanized bees living in his wall and they are coming out of his light sockets. Charming.
