I'd avoid this place.

I lived @ Rock Ridge for more than 2 years and watched it go downhill. There are way too many kids in the complex and the noise they make in the afternoon running through the courtyard is mind numbing. The managment recently posted a rule regarding no "ball playing" in the courtyard after several windows were broken, but residents frequently ignore it. The office is right next to the courtyard, meaning that the staff sees this everyday and does nothing to enforce their own rules. Teenagers and kids crowd the pool every night and weekend. On the positive side, maintenance is very good and the groundskeepers do their best to maintain the yards. If you have a vehicle that you cherish, spend the extra $50 per month to get a garage. Both the driver and passenger doors of my car have been dented on multiple occasions by careless drivers - no matter where I park. The residents have also changed over the last several years - what used to be single professionals has now given way to large blue collar families. Not a luxury complex by any stretch of the imagination
