Shoddy construction leaves a cardboard-thin wall between the one-bedroom models, whereby you can hear your next-door neighbor speaking at a normal voice. Guess what happens when they yell, run the vacuum, play loud music, smoke, etc.' That's right. I've also had more than one bad experience with maintenance having an unfriendly attitude, or completely forgetting that they have permission to enter. Often when there is more than one problem to fix, they fix one problem and then entirely forget about the others. Office staff misses this on most occasions; maintenance seems to operate with little to no oversight.
