This place is going downhill as of 8-6-6

This place is going downhill. When we first moved in back in 2004, the office staff was friendly - now they are unfriendly (rude!), and unhelpful. The grass here used to be meticulously maintained, now it's dead, dying, turning different colors and growing weeds and it's been like that for many months. When something breaks or burns out, it doesn't get replaced for at least 3 months. There is only 1 recycling bin and it's in the back corner - they refuse to get a 2nd one for the other side of the complex.
They do not offer very good deals for renewals either, in fact, there is little to zero incentive to resign here. They offer lame and worthless promotions such as free carpet cleaning - who cares'! Give me something like discounted rent for staying another year...
To top it all off - they offered the most insanely ridiculous excuse for not heating the pool this past year: "Due to energy costs, we are doing OUR part by not heating the pool." What the heck is that' That's not even an excuse - OUR PART' That doesn't mean anything and this is just a sample of the logic you will be dealing with when you move in here. They have kept the pool unheated for the last year - which violates the lease agreement, but hey, they don't care and they're not afraid to let you know that they don't care.
Translation: DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. There are better places.
