I lived at Rock Ridge for 7months while my new home was being built, and it has been a nightmare. The disposal was broken the day we moved in and it took them a week to fix it- and the maintenence man had the audacity to tell me I was using it wrong! Then came the cockroaches...so I asked for a pest guy to come and spray- two weeks and 15 roaches later he did. The guy above me had a 150 lb dog jogging all day and barking all night- when I asked the office people to ask him to do something about it- the lady said she lived in the same building and never heard the dog... so I must be making it up' they have no customer service skills, and could care less if you have an issue. Then we had a nasty fish smell coming from my sons room- we gave them permission to enter while we were gone- then I called to check the status and was told there was no such smell- I asked them to go back and please look in the vents for a dead rat or something. When I called they said the guy took off ALL the vents and saw nothing...when we got home- the vents were still sealed to the wall- they were never taken off! So they sent the maint guy back to look in the vents - but he had no tools and had to borrow a knife and a flashlight!!! WT' We later discovered it was an electrical outlet that was melting behind the wall- but we had to fix it on our own. Then the guy above us finally moved and while repairing the patio, the maint guys tore a hole in the ceiling of our entryway closet...and left it like that with out telling us- we didn't find it until we moved out. there was drywall, bugs, dirt all over our clothes including my wedding dress! When we told the office- they said " our maint guys don't usually tear holes in ceilings." ARE YOU KIDDING ME' Also, they did away with their gym and didn't adjust our rent or offer a pass to another gym. These people should be fired or re-trained, they are the lowest of the low.

Well they have a brand new state of the art gym now. It is beautiful. Sorry you had issues. I am having some where I live now and am considering ROCKRIDGE.
