My husband and I just bought a house and all though we are really excited about that, I'm sad to leave Rock Ridge. We have lived here for a year and absolutly love it! Our apartment is right in the courtyard area near the pool so of course you hear all the kids during the day, but that is no big deal, apartment living. The staff in the office is very nice and extreamly helpful. If maintenance is needed they there with in 24 hours to fix any problems and the grounds are very well maintained. My only suggestion is if you want to move in wait until the beginning of February. They are remodeling their club house (the future pics look great) so there is a lot of construction noise beginning at 7:30am and the business center is closed as well at the work out facilities. However, the complex is offering complementary use of the Bally's down oracle until the constuction is complete. Like I said, it is a great place and we love it, I would just wait until Feb. if you are able. Enjoy!!
