I am in the Military and have lived at Rock Ridge Apartments for over a year now. Since moving in I couldn't be happier. Initially we had some problems with the people who lived below us complaining about us making noise, but they moved out and it seems the new folks realize that it's an apartment and there's going to be some noise when you live beneath someone. I actually have to drive all the way to the base everyday for work, so I really must like this place to commute that far (30-45 minutes everyday). Originally we lived right outside of the base but the area was awful and the crime just seemed to be getting worse, so when my wife gave me a beautiful baby girl of the beginning of 2008, we decided it was high time to move. The area here is lovely, the staff are friendly and courteous, and the residents are as well. We have two West Highland White Terriers that absolutely LOVE the fact that they get frequent walks down to the dried out river bed. And you can't beat the rent in Tucson for such a nice place, that's for sure.
