The apartment community has a great view but that is where the greatness ends. They are overpriced branding themselves as luxury apartments, the appliances are old and everything is in disrepair. Because of everything being in such disrepair you constantly need the maintenance crew and they are pretty incompetent. They will try to repair and fix things the easy way and trust me if they could get away with using duct tape they would use it. They half ass pretty much everything. Get a regular apartment with crappy appliances and pay hundreds less don't waste your money here
