We lived at the Boulders for 5 months and found it to be a very nice experience. Stiff penalty when we found a house and had to break our lease, but they are very flexible about payment. Beautiful grounds, and nice pool, especially if you have kids. Very pet friendly and very friendly tenants. Also nice for hiking and walking. Felt very secure as it is so far off Oracle and somewhat secluded. Parking is somewhat limited.
