We lived here for a year and half and loved it. We moved out because they are being converted to condos and we bought a house for the same price we could have bought our apartment for. We never had a problem with managment and work orders got fixed within 2 days. It was a very friendly and safe community and we were sad to leave. Yes, the paving and roofing was annoying but maintaince is important. Our only complaint was that there is not enough uncovered parking in certain areas. We lived on the far northeast corner and there were only 4 uncovered spots for 2 buildings.
